Remembering Past Members

memorial1

Since  Oceanside Grandmothers to Grandmothers began in 2006, we have lost 6 of our beloved members, all of them active from the beginning: Pat McCane, active in the bottle drive, Shirley Pawson, responsible for the first sandwich board sign, Sheila Rogers, our original sunshine lady, Pauline Skinner, baker extradinaire, Jan Stewart, our angel lady. ($21,000 worth) and Doris Drinnan who brought the tote bag idea to the group and who made 415 bags herself.  We were so very fortunate they chose our cause. We will never forget them.
